ust the perfect blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this fresh but substantial white Bordeaux is a cut above the rest, thanks to the specific plot on which its grapes are grown, the careful manner in which they're cultivated and harvested, and the meticulous winemaking techniques.
The Sauvignon Blanc brings familiar aromas, flavors and crispness, while the Semillon, a key component of the great white Bordeaux of Sauternes and Barsac, gives this wine a great deal of substance and age-worthiness. The grapes are harvested by hand, with an extended skin-contact maceration to extract more flavor and provide a fuller body. It's then fermented at low temperatures for three weeks before being matured on its lees for three months.

It has a light yellow color with floral aromas and hints of citrus and green apple. Sauvignon dominates on the nose. It's rich on the palate with a wonderfully balanced acidity, and a clean and lively finish. Enjoy paired with oysters, shellfish, chicken or salads.
