But it's also a well structured wine, with perfect tannins, and a long lasting finish of fruit aromas. It pairs well with roast or grilled meats.

This is an intriguing wine with evolving aromas. Pull the cork and immediately taste it to capture a fresh and lively wine. But if you let it breathe for twenty minutes or so, a notably more mature and subtle wine is encountered.
