Pup's Monadnock Harvest is a distinctive local cider made from the freshly-pressed juice of apples grown in central New England. It is exceptionally dry, slightly tart, but with a light, fruity body that comes from the careful selection and blending of heirloom and modern apple varieties. It's a very refreshing drink, with just a bit of sparkle added through bottle conditioning.

Serendipity is the only word to describe how this marvelous cider came about. Its roots were in a series of experiments to produce an Ice Cider. And even though that particular trial didn't turn out as hoped, it showed great promise to evolve into a different style of cider. This new style became Pup's Houndstooth.
